1.1 These Orange Rock Service Terms (the “Service Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orange Rock, a non-custodial, decentralized trading protocol made available by Bitcoin.com (the “Service”).
By accessing, interacting with, or otherwise using Orange Rock, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Service Terms.
1.2 These Service Terms supplement the Bitcoin.com User Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Service Terms and the Bitcoin.com User Agreement, these Service Terms shall prevail with respect to your use of Orange Rock.
1.3 References to “Bitcoin.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Saint Bitts LLC. References to “you” or “your” mean the individual or entity accessing or using Orange Rock.
1.4 Orange Rock consists of smart contracts, interfaces, and related software that enable users to engage in non-custodial, on-chain trading and related protocol interactions. Bitcoin.com does not operate as a broker, custodian, intermediary, or counterparty.
2.1 Orange Rock is provided on a non-custodial basis. At no time does Bitcoin.com take custody or control of your digital assets, private keys, funds, or positions.
2.2 Orange Rock enables users to interact directly with blockchain-based smart contracts to open, manage, and close trading positions using supported digital assets. Only certain digital assets, networks, and trading products are supported. You must not attempt to use unsupported assets or networks.
2.3 All interactions with Orange Rock are executed by you through your own wallet and cryptographic credentials. You alone are responsible for all transactions initiated from your wallet, whether authorized or unauthorized.
3.1 When using Orange Rock, you connect a self-custodied wallet. You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, identifiers, and backup data.
3.2 YOU MUST STORE SECURE BACKUPS OUTSIDE OF THE SERVICE. Bitcoin.com does not store, recover, reset, or manage wallet credentials on your behalf.
3.3 Loss of wallet credentials may result in permanent loss of access to digital assets or positions. Bitcoin.com bears no responsibility for such loss.
4.1 Trading digital assets, including perpetual or leveraged products, involves substantial financial risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of funds.
4.2 Transactions executed via Orange Rock must be confirmed and recorded on the applicable blockchain network. Such networks are decentralized and operated by independent third parties not controlled by Bitcoin.com.
4.3 Bitcoin.com does not guarantee that any transaction submitted through Orange Rock will be confirmed, executed correctly, executed timely, or executed at all.
4.4 You acknowledge that:
market volatility may cause rapid liquidation or loss;
smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities;
oracle failures, congestion, or network instability may impact execution;
positions may be liquidated automatically without prior notice.
4.5 Orange Rock is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
5.1 Blockchain transactions are irreversible once submitted to the network.
5.2 Bitcoin.com cannot cancel, reverse, modify, or recover any transaction, position, or digital asset movement initiated through Orange Rock.
5.3 You acknowledge that any errors in transaction parameters, wallet addresses, or position sizing are solely your responsibility.
6.1 A “Network Upgrade” or “Fork” refers to any change to the underlying blockchain or protocol that may affect asset availability, balances, or functionality.
6.2 In the event of a Network Upgrade, fork, governance change, or smart contract modification:
certain assets or positions may become unsupported;
transactions may fail, be delayed, or execute unexpectedly;
balances or positions may be affected.
6.3 Bitcoin.com is not responsible for any loss arising from Network Upgrades, forks, governance actions, or protocol changes.
7.1 Bitcoin.com may charge fees in connection with the use of Orange Rock. Any applicable fees will be disclosed through the interface prior to execution where reasonably practicable.
7.2 Network fees (including validator or gas fees) are determined by the underlying blockchain and are not controlled by Bitcoin.com.
7.3 You are solely responsible for all fees incurred in connection with your use of Orange Rock.
8.1 Orange Rock is a technical protocol interface. Bitcoin.com does not provide investment, financial, trading, or legal advice.
8.2 Any information, analytics, or displays provided through Orange Rock are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice.
9.1 Bitcoin.com may, at its discretion, restrict, suspend, or disable access to Orange Rock or any related interface at any time, including for compliance, security, or operational reasons.
9.2 You acknowledge that smart contracts may continue to operate independently of Bitcoin.com’s interface.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin.com shall not be liable for:
losses arising from market volatility or liquidation;
smart contract bugs or exploits;
network failures, forks, or governance disputes;
unauthorized wallet access;
loss of private keys or credentials.
10.2 Under no circumstances shall Bitcoin.com be required to deliver digital assets as damages or provide specific performance.
